Project: Master Plan for the evolution of the Seaside Town Square and beachfront property within downtown.

Program: The plan includes a new market area, the integration of the Krier tower, the definition of the inside edge of the amphitheater with a covered walkway and seating, the creation of a new public plaza along the beach that will be defined by retail uses, and the addition of new residential cottages along the adjacent beachfront property. Opticos is working with Leon Krier to develop his tower and integrate it into the master plan.
