Carneros Inn: Phase II
Napa, California

Project: Master Plan Consulting for Phase II of the Carneros Inn, located in Napa, California. Opticos was selected as the “big picture consultant” to oversee the completion of the Inn, whose progress had been hindered by changes in management and ownership. During an intense two-month process, Opticos worked closely with a multi-disciplinary team to identify areas for improvement and solutions that could be implemented in Phase II.

Program: 25 one- and two-bedroom cottage units, a 2,500 square-foot market, and a 40,000 square-foot lodge, including a 200-seat restaurant, conference facilities, and pool and exercise facilities.
