Lake Tahoe Form-Based Code Template

We are working with Regional Planning Partners and the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency on documenting the existing built form of five communities within the basin and creating a Form-Based Code. The template covers the full spectrum of the transect from the most rural of conditions found in the US forestry lands to the urban conditions found around the Casinos. The template will form the framework for each community within the basin to create a Form-Based Code.

The final product will be a template Form-Based Code that will allow each community to refine the general standards to reinforces their unique character.
