Loma Rica Ranch

Project: Site planning, programming, and commercial and residential building type development for a 452 acre site in the Sierra Foothills.

Program: Fine grain integration of office, commercial, and residential uses into a series of new neighborhoods that are focused around a new mixed-use Village Center and the existing Ranch Center. The plan takes an environmentally sustainable approach by integrating compact development based upon historic Grass Valley Patterns.
