Krier Tower at Seaside
Seaside, Florida

Project: Architect of Record for Seaside Tower designed by Leon Krier. Tasks included the development of Leon Krier’s design from schematic design through construction documents, code reasearch, and construction management of the project.

Program: The 100’ tall tower will serve as a visual monument for Seaside located adjacent to the town’s amphitheater along Highway 30-A and includes an observation deck.

Client: Seaside Community Development Corporation
