Breedlove Residence
Seaside, Florida

The character of this existing Seaside cottage was given a new life. A new 2-story porch adds a dynamic element to the house urbanistically while providing for a more meaningful dialogue between interior and exterior space. The piano nobile is enhanced by the addition of new siding which grounds the building and adds a sense of subtle grandeur. Restrained architectural elements finish the ensemble by adding character with dignified aplomb.
