Pleasant Hill Transit Village Grand Opening

The Pleasant Hill Transit Village, now called Avalon Walnut Creek at Contra Costa Centre, had its grand opening on October 2, 2010. Opticos’ direct involvement began over 9 years ago, participating in the initial charrette and creation of the Form-Based Code. Since 2006, Opticos has administered the Form-Based Code and led the project’s design review for the Contra Cost County Redevelopment Agency.
