Opticos Selected to Update Central Petaluma SmartCode

Opticos Design was selected by the City of Petaluma, California to update the plan and the SmartCode for the Central Petaluma Specific Plan area due to the future location of a SMART rail station in the project area.  This was the first SmartCode adopted in the United States and is now the second previously adopted SmartCode that Opticos has been hired to update.
