Opticos selected for Flagstaff Code Rewrite and Form-Based Code

After an intensive RFP and selection process, the multi-disciplinary team led by Opticos Design was selected to rewrite Flagstaff's Land Development Code and Zoning Ordinance and integrate Form-Based Coding into the overall approach. Opticos is excited to use this process to further the methodology of applying Form-Based Coding at a city-wide scale and to promote compact, sustainable development patterns, where appropriate, that reinforce the unique character of Flagstaff.
