Daniel Parolek presents at the 2009 APA Conference

At this year's National APA Conference held in Minneapolis, Daniel Parolek of Opticos Design and Kaizer Rangwala of the City of Ventura, spoke in the session entitled, "Creating Effective Form-Based Codes."

Form-based codes enable communities to realize their vision plans and make goals of community character preservation and carbon reduction a reality. This advanced-level conversation will focus on form-based code application, implementation, and administration from both the public-sector and private sector points of view, and will address frequently asked questions.
