Opticos' Seaside Town Center Master Plan begins implementation!

The first phase of the Seaside Amphitheater Master Plan, completed by Opticos and Leon Krier, has begun implementation. The site preparation is almost complete with the stage and stairs being poured in time for the Arts Quest Fine Arts Festival in Seaside on May 7-9th. If you are going to be in Seaside for the "30 Years of New Urbanism in 2 Days: Fun Bus Tour" as part of CNU 18 or in the area for a summer beach vacation, check out our Master Plan and its implementation!
