Opticos selected for Mesa, AZ Main Street TOD Plan and Code

Opticos Design was selected to work on a Form-Based Code for the City of Mesa that will be integrated into their Zoning Ordinance update. The Form-Based Code is intended to provide incentives for redevelopment and transit-oriented development in downtown Mesa and along the Main Street corridor (approx. 5 miles), where there is a planned extension of the existing light rail service connecting to Phoenix through Tempe.
